Classic Extrusion L.L.C. is part of the Elite Group of Companies. Established in 2004 and located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, the factory is a proud part of the country’s industrial history. It has witnessed the growth of the Emirates by actively supporting and supplying the aluminium industry, playing a key role in construction development. This pioneering aluminium company became part of the Elite Group in 2006 and proudly stands among the seven extrusion lines of the group. Since then, it has exported its products to Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and North Africa, spreading its values not only within the UAE but across the region.E.
We manufacture all types of architectural aluminium profiles, including structural glazing, curtain walls, façades, shop fronts, louvers, and custom profiles for both interior and exterior design. In addition to architectural applications, we also produce non-architectural profiles for various purposes such as scaffolding, kitchen cabinets, air conditioning systems, and other mechanical or industrial uses. The company is fully equipped to meet specific requirements simply provide us with samples or technical drawings, and we will deliver tailored solutions.

FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
The plant is spread across a 7,300-square-meter campus, equipped with two oil-hydraulic extrusion presses of 1,375 MT and 1,800 MT, providing an annual production capacity of 13,000 MT. This efficient setup ensures consistent output, while state-of-the-art instruments guarantee that only products of the finest quality are manufactured. Both extrusion presses, operating at a 7° angle, are fitted with the latest material handling systems. Additional facilities in this extrusion division include aging ovens, related ancillary equipment, and a modern die-correcting station. The output profiles are fully suitable for powder coating and anodizing.
THERMAL AND NON-THERMAL BRAKE SYSTEMS
Classic was the first company to introduce the contemporary thermally broken system: the ECO 500 Series. This series is available in both sliding and casement versions. Later, we expanded our product line by introducing the ELEGANT 65 structural glazing system and became a licensed extruder of the following systems.
QUALITY AND ASSURANCE
Classic Extrusion L.L.C. follows a strict Quality Control Procedure and Methodology. The Quality Assurance System is aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards and has been awarded the Emirates Quality Mark. The Quality Assurance and Quality Policy are managed by a Q.C. Manager and Supervisor, supported by a team of five Q.C. Inspectors. This team ensures that all required tests and inspections are thoroughly carried out. The standard procedure takes into account several technical parameters, including dimensional checks, deviation, flatness, sharpness, angularity, hardness, and surface inspection. This system ensures comprehensive control over all reporting processes and maintains full traceability throughout every stage of manufacturing.

OUR PRODUCTS
Lending a distinct visual appeal, we provide aluminium profiles for a wide range of applications, including windows and doors (casement, sliding, and hinged versions), curtain walls, louvers and grills, handrails and balustrades, kitchen profiles, air conditioning systems, sign boards, scaffolding sections, furniture, and partition sections, among others. In addition, we offer all common standard sections such as square and round bars, equal and unequal angles, and rectangular and square tubes—available in various designs, dimensions, and thicknesses.
