SPECTRUM OF QUALITY PRODUCTS
Elite Extrusion offers an array of premium, innovative products for architectural and non-architectural applications that are both versatile and functional. Lending a distinct visual appeal, we provide aluminium profiles for various applications such as windows and door casements (sliding and hinged versions), curtain walls, facades, louvers and grills, handrails and balustrades, decking and partitions, furniture and kitchen profiles, air conditioning systems, signboards, and scaffolding sections. In addition, we supply all the most common sections, including square and round bars, equal and unequal angles, and rectangular and square tubes in different dimensions, diameters, and thicknesses. Moreover, Elite Extrusion is pleased to support protected designs from globally renowned brands such as Alumil Middle East, Schuco, Gutmann ME, Hydro Building Systems, Vistawall, Reynaers ME and ALICO.
FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
Elite Extrusion boasts a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art aluminium extrusion manufacturing facility in the region. Strategically located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, our plant spans over 50,000 square meters and is equipped with two European-made extrusion presses. Each press has an 8-inch container size and a capacity of 2,400 MT, enabling us to produce high-quality aluminium profiles with a total annual capacity exceeding 25,000 MT.
The presses and their modern handling system are fully PLC-controlled and equipped with a hot log shear. The facility features a 100-meter-long run-out press table, which provides sufficient natural cooling. Additional facilities include ageing ovens, balancing equipment for extrusion tools, high-tech die manufacturing and correction departments, and automated packing stations for finished products.
The horizontal and vertical powder coating lines have a combined annual production capacity of 18,000 MT. These plants offer a broad range of surface finishes in various colors according to the RAL shade chart, with standard coating thicknesses ranging from 60 to 120 microns.
Elite's units are certified with Qualicoat and are approved applicators for powder coating by M/s. Jotun and Akzo Nobel for both PE-F, PE-SDF & Hyper durable coatings.
Elite operates an anodizing plant consisting of four tanks, each dedicated to a specific step of the process—including pre-mechanical and pre-chemical treatments, the main anodizing process, and post-treatment. The anodizing line is certified according to the Qualanod standard. It has an annual capacity of 7,500 MT for standard applications ranging between 12 µm and 16 µm, with the ability to reach up to 25 µm upon request.

WOOD FINISH PROCESS
Elite Extrusion’s wood finish lines reproduce realistic wood effects and special textures on aluminium profiles. These facilities enable the production of high-quality aluminium systems with a sleek wood finish that combines elegance with durability.
LARGE SCALE OF OPERATIONS
Massive stockpiles of aluminium alloy logs are systematically stored to support projects of any scale. Our flexible system is capable of handling demands ranging from small architectural challenges to large-scale, world-class developments.
ADVANCED POWDER COATING MACHINES
A high-capacity vertical powder coating machine is installed at Elite Extrusion, with a production capacity of 14,400 MT per annum. This advanced system ensures fast and precise coating of aluminium extrusions to the highest standards.
ANODIZING TO PERFECTION
Aluminium oxide is hard, durable, and highly resistant to weathering. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that forms a protective layer of aluminium oxide on the surface of aluminium, enhancing its durability and corrosion resistance.

QUALITY AND ASSURANCE
Elite Extrusion has held the ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality assurance since its inception and has been awarded the Emirates Quality Mark in recognition of its high-quality output. The company is committed to stringent quality control procedures and practices. Our team of quality control supervisors, along with inspectors from the quality institute, ensure that all necessary tests and inspections are conducted regularly.
Powder coating and anodizing processes, along with related tests, are conducted in compliance with Qualicoat and Qualanod quality standards. Elite Extrusion is an approved applicator for PE-F and PE-SDF coatings.
As part of the standard procedure, several technical parameters are carefully assessed, including dimensional accuracy, deviation, flatness, edge sharpness, angularity, hardness, and surface quality. The system monitors and records data at every checkpoint, ensuring full traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
