An industry leader in aluminium flat-rolled products and colour-coated coils, integrated with a cast house for the production of aluminium cold-rolled sheets and coils via a continuous casting process based on the advanced technology of Bruno Presezzi Spa, Italy. Applications range from roofing and cladding, rolling shutters, facades and awnings, to interior ceilings, transportation vehicles, and general engineering purposes.
We offer high-quality cold-rolled pure aluminium ingots, which are melted in the furnace, alloyed, and analyzed to ensure the correct composition is achieved. The alloy is then transferred to the holding furnace for direct casting.
In the cast house, the molten metal is continuously cast and solidified into coil form. It is subsequently trimmed using the caster machine with online edge milling, preparing it for the next multi-stage rolling mill.
Fields of Application:
Roofing and claddings, rolling shutters, facades and awnings, interior ceilings, transportation vehicles, and more.
We offer high-quality cold-rolled coils processed in the rolling mill to achieve the thickness according to the customer's specific requirements.
The reversible rolling mill is equipped with automatic gauge measuring units on both sides to ensure precise control of thickness and minimal tolerances. Further treatment in the annealing furnace is performed to achieve the required temper strength.
Tension Levelling – Cut-to-Length Line – Slitting Line – Embossing Line
The tension levelling line tests and improves the flatness of the material prior to coating or cut-to-length processing for the final output of coils and sheets. The slitting line handles side trimmings and produces the exact required sizes for mill-finish or coated coils.
Alumill Tech also offers embossing of the aluminium surface on mill-finish or coated coils and sheets as an additional processing step.
We offer high-quality cold-rolled coils. The coil coating process is a high-volume operation that produces a flawless finish through the liquid application of common resins such as polyester (PE) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The process involves uncoiling, chemical pre-treatment, application of primer and top coating, followed by recoiling.
Fields of Application:
Roofing and claddings, rolling shutters, facades and awnings, interior ceilings, transportation vehicles, and more.
Aluminium coils are packed on export-standard, seaworthy wooden pallets, either eye-to-wall (horizontal type) or sky (vertical type), with interleaving paper placed between the coils.
