EXTRUDED PROFILES

Aluminium extruded profiles offer flexibility, versatility, and freedom to designers and engineers. Elite Group produces more than 60,000 MT per year to meet market demand, whether in their naturally bright, unfinished form, powder-coated, wood-coated, or anodized.

We offer a wide range of profiles for both architectural and non-architectural designs, providing standard and customized solutions. These include curtain walls, facades, glazing systems, thermal breaks, common doors and windows in sliding, casement, and hinged series, as well as shop fronts, skylights, louvers, cladding, decking, and partitions.

At the same time, we shape aluminium for non-architectural purposes and cater to industries such as scaffolding, transportation, advertising, insulation and general engineering applications.

ALUMINIUM SURFACE COATING

Elite Group offers three types of finishes: powder coating, wood-effect coating, and anodizing. As aesthetic values evolve and architectural demands increase, Elite Group has equipped its facilities with one of the highest-capacity plants in the region. Across all treatments, the group achieves a capacity of nearly 50,000 MT per year. The certified units ensure a wide variety of RAL colors, wood effects and anodizing options.

MILL FINISH PROFILES

Windows and doors (casement, sliding, and hinged versions), full glazing systems, curtain walls, cladding and roofing, shop fronts, louvers and grills, handrails and balustrades, kitchen profiles, furniture and partitions, as well as HVAC applications, piping and ducting, signboards, scaffolding sections, among others.

In addition, we offer all the most common sections, such as square and round bars, equal and unequal angles, and rectangular and square tubes in various designs, dimensions, and thicknesses.

POWDER COATED PROFILES

The extrusion process is QUALICOAT-certified for high-quality powder-coated aluminium profiles, utilizing both vertical and horizontal high-capacity European plants.

Powder coating is a type of finish applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. It is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat, allowing it to flow and form a protective 'skin'. The powder may be either a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer and is commonly used to create a hard, durable finish that is tougher than conventional paint. It offers excellent protection against corrosion in both acidic and alkaline environments.

WOOD COATED PROFILES

Wood-effect finishing is a film coating process that integrates seamlessly with the properties of aluminium, providing the natural appearance of wood. The resulting products offer consistent quality, an attractive finish, and enhanced decorative value.

The wood-pattern coating is cured and transferred onto the surface of aluminium profiles at a temperature of 200°C, typically achieving a thickness of 60 μm.

This wood-effect finish can be applied to any profile intended for exterior or interior use, such as window frames or kitchen cabinets.

ANODIZED PROFILES

Anodizing is a process in which aluminium profiles are immersed in an acid-based electrolyte tank while an electric current is passed through the solution. The profiles act as the anode, causing the electrolyte to release oxygen ions onto their surface. These ions react with the aluminium to form a hard, protective oxide layer.

Elite Group operates a modern anodizing plant equipped with 24 tanks, covering every step of the process — including pre-mechanical and pre-chemical treatments, the main anodizing process, and post-treatment procedures.

THERMAL BREAK PROFILES

We extrude aluminum sections suitable for further crimping in thermal break profiles and systems. In architecture and building construction, a thermal break is an element of low thermal conductivity placed within an assembly to reduce or prevent the transfer of thermal energy between conductive materials.

In aluminum windows and doors, separating the frame into two distinct interior and exterior parts joined by a less conductive material reduces heat transfer. Thermal breaks are made of durable, rigid, low-thermal-conductivity polyamide or polyurethane, which is mechanically locked into the aluminum window framing. Additionally, thermal breaks can help reduce sound transmission by dampening vibrations.

We have incorporated certified glazing systems:

  • THERMOS 110® and THERMOS 120® sliding series (thermal break).
  • ECO 500 ® casement and sliding series (thermal break).
  • Elegant 65® & Elegant 50® Structural Glazing System (thermal break).
  • AL-WIN 80® casement series and AL-WIN 105® sliding series (thermal break).
