Desired Skills:
• Proven experience with minimum 1 years in an administrative support role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases accurately.
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members when necessary.
• Timely processing of monthly attendance for Payroll preparation of all employees.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Line Manager.
